Modified Polyester Copper Enameled Wire Thermal Class 155 For High Temperature Motor

Enameled PEWF Single is an insulated wire designed for electrical applications with a core of high quality copper conductors coated with a uniform, continuous layer of polyesterimide-nylon (PEWF) composite insulating varnish that provides excellent electrical performance and high temperature resistance. It has the following characteristics:

1. High-quality copper conductor: PEWF Single enameled wire is made of high-purity copper as the conductor material, which ensures good electrical conductivity and signal transmission efficiency while reducing resistance loss.

2. High-performance insulating varnish coating: Advanced polyesterimide-nylon (PEWF) composite insulating varnish is used to provide the wire with excellent insulating properties, effectively preventing current leakage and improving voltage resistance.

3. High Temperature Resistance: PEWF insulating varnish has excellent high temperature resistance and is able to work stably in environments as high as 155°C, making it suitable for a wide range of high temperature application scenarios.
